My brother came back home today...

He sent a sms saying
"I'll be back home tonight."
and.. so...yea...he came...
Of course, my parents scolded him and stuff...
Well, all is well...
until he finds out his consequences...
>_< Boy, he's gonna flip...
We will be leaving for malaysia on the first of Jan =)

I bet he's totally excited...

Christmas is over...

Sigh...
Christmas is like, over...
=(
For Christmas, I went 2 a friends house with my family...
I played Uno and stuff and watched videos of other peoples lives +_+
It was okay... but a bit boring
...and we left early... 8 something
usually, we leave at 10 or 11 oclock or 12...

On the 26, my family and I had a barbecue at our house =)
It was fun!
I played rumikub with other kids and won once...
The food was gr8...
nvr got 2 roast the marshmallows tho...
not enuf charcoal...
yea.. i also went 2 the park, which is a 5 minutes walk from m house.
And played monopoly..
it was fun ^^
Every1 kept making alliances +_+

>_< sigh... it was sgainst the rules but.... in the end, no one really won because every1 kept borrowing money from the bank and other players... How 2 get bankrupt?! Well...when evry1 had 2 go home, no one won... ...but i had the most money =)

Yesterday, the 27th... I didnt do anything....
Today..... My family and i were supposed to go to malaysia 2 visit my grandma (my mom's mom)... she's...well.... she couldnt walk properly... like, she sat down on the toilet seat and couldnt get up >_<
sooo... she was put in nursing home.. (btw.. she's 80 plus and can't speak English) My mom was like sad... she didn't want her mom 2 b put in a nursing home But no choice...She has 2 brothers and no sis. one brother all the way somewhere in cambodia or vietnam or something i think cambodia.... then her other bro, the eldest... he's away on weekdays 'cause he has to work somewhere a bit far away... he's onli back on weekends... & he totally does not want a maid to look after her b'cause
1. The maid can abuse her (cause no one's around)
2. when he's there, he'll feel awkward with the maid around
3. Some other reasons unknown to me

My family & I live far away.... In another country in fact... and she doesnt want 2 come over b'cause
1. It'll be hard for her
2 travel to my home b'cause she can't walk 2. How 2 look after her? Both my parents working...
3. She wants to die in her hometown...
So, thus... we WERE going 2 visit her... but... here's the story...

My family, my aunt, and aunt's bf went 2 have dinner... Then... we started talking abt how we wanted to go to malaysia... My bro doesnt like....no... the word like isnt strong enuf... hate is more like it... My bro hates going 2 malaysia... B'cause
1. Traveling there is a nuisance (i dont like traveling there either b'cause of his grouchy attitude)
2. The house we'll b staying at...mygrandma's house ('cept now she's in a nursing home... so technically, it should be called her old home)...anyways... the house smells like pee... Why, u may ask? Old people dont have a lot of bladder control... i think u can guess y the house smells... (she takes an hour to use the bathroom and another hour 2 bathe) There's also no air con, but there are mosquitoes
3. THERE'S NO COMPUTER!!! my brother somehow thinks that computer is life he eats, sleeps, and breathes computer... (the game Warcraft, in paticular) (of course, there's a LAN shop where he can play computer, so i dont noe y he's complaining abt that) (btw, i have onli 1 bro, no other siblings)

Anyway, he threw a temper tantrum in front of evry1 when that subject was raised "Y DO I HAVE 2 GO!!!!!!!!!" Every1 felt awkward... later my aunt told him.... "u should go ariel... It may be ur last chance 2 see her..." and yet... he still acted like a jerk... okay... so 2day, he was supposed to go to friends b-day party, be back home by 5 oclock then at 7 oclock we could leave to go to malaysia for 5 days... but... well...

In the morning, he went to the "birthday party" by 5 oclock, he wasn't back... so my dad SMSed him "where are u?" and he replied, "i won't be going... u guys have fun in malaysia...i'll take care of myself the 5 days ur gone...I'll be back when you are" My parents, especially my mom, were shocked... she kept saying "i am very very speechless/shocked/dumbfounded" he is gonna be grounded for the rest of his life... My dad tried calling my bro... but he had switched off his phone... wat to do? so parents called the birthday boy's parents "Is ariel still at the birthday party?" Apparently, the party was yesteray.. NOT 2day... soo...
more calls... finally found out that he had gone to orchard road with some friends... 2 friends, to be exact so... anyway, he was gonna sleepover at a friends house.... and... my mums totally upset... still cant find him... tried to call the friend he was supposed to have the sleepover at... but to no avail... soo... still looking for him... sigh.... >_<

Anyways, my class and I were goin' on a field trip to a star wars exhibition, and we were supposed to be at a certain place by 1:00...P.M., of course... and then we would go back to school... Well, she left earlier than 1:00!!! Some other classmates and I were left behind.... She left us there and went back to school without some of us! A chaperone had to stay back and take the "late" ones to school... and...

Now, I'll probably have to scrub the toilets with toothbrushes... Sigh........ At least the holidays are right around the corner!
